Abstract
This project looks at the Impact and Contributions of Entrepreneurship Development on the Employment Potential on Secretarial Graduates in Ilorin Metropolis. Entrepreneurial development is the process of developing and promoting of small scale industry. Entrepreneur is a person who decides to make a mark by selling a product or services that will make life easier for the people in large numbers. It also looked at the available entrepreneurial opportunities which are yet to be tapped by individuals amongst the secretarial profession in these days of Nigeria breakdown in the Nation. It is important that new ideas must be generated to develop potentials that exist but not yet made use of. This work also discussed the opportunities and means which could be used to achieve success in business. The contributions of an entrepreneur to the National economy and areas in which graduates of the secretarial profession could invest in as well as the possible problems which can be encountered during the process. Finally, this project emphasized the possible solutions to the possible problems encountered by entrepreneurs in the country and equally, suggestions for further research studies.
