Abstract
This research writing is on Maintenance culture of modern office machine for effective job performance in an organization, a case study of Kogi state polytechnic, Lokoja. To achieve this, the researcher reviewed some related literature on its subject matter and were collected for literature review, library, books, that with the study periodicals and newspapers. Questionnaires were drawn and administered accordingly; the data collected were analyzed and shows that maintenance of office equipment enhances better productivity in the selected organization.
