Abstract
A preview of the project”The impact of interim valuation/certificate in construction project delivery” chapter one envelops the view of the project, definition of terms, statement of the problem and also the significance. Chapter two captures the literature review where different textbooks, journals, and other materials were of use in explaining in detail the importance of the project topic. Chapter three deals with research methodology where the sources method of collection, sample size and population of the study was analyzed showing the reliability and authenticity of these sources. Chapter four presents the case study drafted from different projects from population size and analyzing them to the simplest term. Finally, chapter five shows the summary, conclusion and recommendations were in term valuation/certificate is a good practice in all construction projects and that it should be done by the professionals involves.
