Abstract
This project is based on Impact of social media on the performance of students of tertiary institutions with a study of business administration students of The Ibarapa Polytechnic Eruwa. The research tries to evaluate the effect of social media use on the academic performance of students in tertiary institutions. The researcher also arrived at conclusions and recommendations according to the findings of the research. The topic was also reviewed by the researcher, the researcher tried to explain various methods used in gathering information from respondents, and the results of the findings were also interpreted and analyzed in this research work.
