Abstract
The need for electronic screening and scoring system in education institute in Nigeria is increasing everyday as a result of the match towards technological advancement. As such, this study tried to investigate the existing system used in the various areas in Nigeria, with a view to improving on them in the area of securing student admission in the school. To accomplish this, the researcher developed comparative analysis for propose system. Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. was chosen as a case study because is one of the Federal institution in Offa, Kwara State, This task was achieved using Software Engineering Approach and the Program Source Code was developed using PHP, HTML and MYSQL was used for the Database.
