Abstract
This research work on performing art theatre is a building or space for exhibition of performance. Which is intended to gear towards using the effective circulation of man and materials to improve the functionality of performing art theatre To achieve this, case studies were carried out literature reviews would be strictly adhered to. Chapter one has the introduction, the need for the study, aim and objectives, research question, scope and limitation and definition of terms. Chapter two has the literature review and cable studies/analysis. Chapter three has data collection and analysis. Chapter four has the design proper, site selection criteria, site analysis, design consideration, design proposals, design concept. Chapter five has the summary conclusion, recommendation and reference
