Abstract
This project is centred on Manpower planning and its effect on goal attainment in an organization – a study of Lapai local government. The whole idea that motivated this research was predicated on the effect of manpower planning and its effect on goal attainment, it is meddling to say that every organisation need to always need to plan to efficiently and effectively in order to enhance the attainment of organisation goals. It is very important to conclude that this work carried out in order to evaluate and examine and as well as discussed that the systematic press of manpower planning and its effect in enhancing the organisation goal and also to examine the significance of personnel managers.
