This research looks into The impact of welfare scheme on the motivation of workers in public service using NTA Aba as a case study. The aim of this study is to examine the welfare scheme enjoyed by workers performance in NTA Aba also to determine the extent to which this welfare scheme motivate workers performance in NTA Aba. However, the need for this study lies on the fact that the provision of staff welfare scheme will motivate the workers for greater performance toward efficiency and effectiveness. This research project is divided into five chapters, chapter one details on the introduction, statement of problems, chapter two discusses the literature review while chapter three deals on the research methodology and design. Chapter four discusses data presentation and analysis while chapter five deals on recommendations and conclusion.
