A proposed cottage flour mill factory at Funtua Dandume road, Katsina state.
Abstract
Flour mills have been the cornerstones of agricultural processing factories like most agric, industrial production facilities. The project flour mill factory located at Funtua, along Dandume Road, Katsina State is proposed with the aim of producing flour demand in Katsina State. Review of existing related literature was carried out likewise a case study of the relevant sites was made that form the method of my research. As a result, a drawn and functional design was achieved by considering lighting, circulation, ventilation, building material, orientation, zoning and accessibility. Finally, a recommendation was considered for circulation for traffic control, chains of production and site location which is very important.
