Abstract
Construction and fabrication of charcoal oven. This project is designed to serve the timid low income and the poor in the society due to its economy of fuel. The fuel for this oven is easily gotten from nature, which means the very high expensive fuel like gas, electricity and biomass is not used as fuel for the operation of this oven. The oven has the capacity to bake fifteen (15) loaves of bread if it is used for baking purposes. While for fish smoking, it can contain about fifty (50) fish as quantity if it is used for fish processing. The temperature of the oven is moderate, about 1500c maximum and the wall are designed with materials that can deflect heat back to the processed food product. Finally, the project is designed to save cost if put to use.
